We had a lovely two-night stay in a spacious cabin, perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the jumping pillow and pool, although it was chilly in winter.

I stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed it. The employees were very amiable and excellent co-operating. A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators in my deluxe cabin were a very thoughtful addition.

Overall it was reasonably large and well-organised with fresh crisp linen. The room had a heating system and a lounge area plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Location: the hotel was near zoo and a great park;))

The place was a mess when we arrived. The dishes were dirty and the cutlery wasn’t washed at all.

This hotel had a central position near the water park.

The location is fantastic, just a quick drive to the zoo—super convenient for families. The jumping pillow was a hit with the kids, and the swimming pool kept them entertained. I appreciated the clean laundry facilities; made life easier!

But man, the amenities were a letdown. The showers were a nightmare, water everywhere! Plus, the caravan site was cramped, not enough space to even put out the awning. And don’t get me started on the rubbish BBQ situation—only three for the whole park! I don’t think I’d come back again.

Location is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and excellent, in area of the park we were allocated. Please let the very professional and outstandingly helpful staff know of our gratefulness for a fun stay. The room is compact and reasonably large with twin bunk beds.

The outdoor amenities were fantastic, especially the water park which kids seemed to thoroughly enjoy. The bouncing pillow was a hit, providing great entertainment, and it was nice to see families enjoying quality time together. Plus, the location itself was very convenient for both business and leisure, being close to major attractions and the local zoo.

The location is fantastic – you can easily ride to the nearby zoo, which is super convenient! The cabin was really spacious and clean, plus the kitchen had everything I needed. I also loved that the pool area was great for kids, even though I didn’t have any little ones with me.

The customer service was really disappointing. The staff seemed rude and unwelcoming during check-in and check-out, making the experience uncomfortable. Plus, the Wi-Fi was weak and kept dropping out, which wasn’t ideal for my business trip. it was a major letdown despite the great facilities.

I spent 5 nights here with my kids and had a wonderful stay overall. the management and staff were friendly and attentive. the location was particularly good, just a short distance from the entrance to the heritage walk.

The facilities in the cabin were ideal for our needs, and the pools and waterpark were fantastic for the kids. the location was great for exploring, not too noisy, and conveniently near the zoo.

One dining chair was broken. Only one spare blanket available.

Great Facilities and Friendly Atmosphere

the staff went above and beyond by turning on the air conditioning for us before our late arrival on a hot day, making the cabin a welcoming retreat. the lack of adequate lighting on the cabin’s deck and some cleanliness issues in the bathroom could use improvement. it's a delightful place for a family getaway.

The comfortable location of this place is a bonus, and it's also away from the town center in the other direction.

We enjoyed a private bedroom, complete with a well-equipped kitchen that included a refrigerator, kettle, and oven. the staff were courteous and efficient throughout our stay. the setting in a lovely grassy area was wonderful and truly enhanced our experience.
